How long is a gift card valid for?
Every gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. For those who require an extension, 21done recommends that you use the gift card to purchase a voucher for a service you are interested in as a voucher is valid for 2 years. In addition, do not worry that you or your gift recipient may forget to redeem the gift card, we will send you an email one month before the expiration date to remind you!
Can I return my gift card?
You may return the gift card up to 14 days from the date of purchase if you have a change of mind. However, a return can only take place if the gift card has not yet been redeemed.
